When will I receive the chauffeur details?
They appear in My journeys once the ride is confirmed and a chauffeur is assigned.
Can I add flight or luggage information?
Yes. Add it in Special requests on the final booking step so the transport team can prepare.
Can I change my pickup later?
Pending journeys can be rescheduled online. Confirmed journeys may require direct assistance.
Do I need an account?
No. You can confirm as a guest and use a private link for that journey. Creating an account is optional.
When do I pay?
No payment is taken during search. A secure payment option appears after your ride request is created.
